- Trains lay members in care giving roles for service teams and visitation teams.

- Refers to agencies and assists in navigating the health care system.

- Assists members to see the interrelatedness of mind, body, and spirit.
- Developer of Support Groups
- Works with existing support groups in reaching out to the faith community and assists in developing new support groups as needs arise.
- Health Advocate
- Is an advocate for the best interest of client with faith community and health care system.
