The Power of Prayer

It’s been said, “Prayer changes things.” It’s more than just a clever phrase, it’s a promise grounded in scripture. In James 5:16, we’re reminded, "… prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.”

God see us and hears us. And He responds to our prayers as 1 John 5:14-15 explains, “And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him. And since we know he hears us when we make our requests, we also know that he will give us what we ask for.”

Each month, you’re invited to partner with Madison Park Church in praying a simple, focused prayer. Join with us and expect God to do great things!

June Prayer Focus

    Dear God, Jesus said he is the way, the truth and the life. Jesus, guide every step of my way; reveal your truth that I may be set free from the bondage of this world's distractions. I choose the life YOU give, Jesus, and accept my identity from you. May I spend every moment seeking opportunities to give your love away. For Christ's sake and in his name, Amen. .
